I began teaching in Hamilton County in 2008. I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grades. Early elementary is what I love and I am so excited to be at RBE!!

Bio

My name is Carrie Whitaker and I am excited to begin my first year here at Red Bank Elementary! This will be my fourth year teaching in Hamilton County. I live in Hixson with my husband, two daughters, two step-sons, and our dog Charlie. Chattanooga has always been my home and I love the community of Red Bank. Second grade is my favorite grade to teach and I am so blessed to get to do what I love with an amazing team of teachers at Red Bank Elementary!
