Mrs. Motes 

Hello! My name is Kayla Motes, and I am proud to be a kindergarten teacher at Red Bank Elementary. I have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia College and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Carson-Newman University. This is my 9th year at Red Bank, and my fourth year in kindergarten! I have previously taught grades 2nd and 3rd. I enjoy making Red Bank an amazing place for students to grow and learn. Go Lions!

When I'm not at school, I'm a busy wife and mom with two young boys. Everett is four and Lincoln is two years old- they keep me on my toes for sure! We love exploring different playgrounds around the city and taking our dog, Sully, for walks. We also love going to Chick-Fil-A, shopping the dollar spot at Target, and working out and exercising together.
