How to Register Your Student(s) on Powerschool

Parents/Guardians of Returning Hamilton County Students,

   Beginning Friday May 1, 2020, we invite you to update information for your student(s) currently enrolled
in grades K-11 in Hamilton County Schools for the 2020-2021 school year. You may update information
pertaining to your student(s) by logging into your PowerSchool Parent Portals at any time May 1 st - May
22 nd . Updating your student(s) information in PowerSchool is important in order for our schools to have
the most up-to-date contact details to relay vital information to parents/guardians as well as providing
current emergency and dismissal contacts for your student(s).

A link is provided to the parent portal via the Hamilton County Schools website at www.hcde.org, as well
as a short video walking you through the process if needed. If you need additional assistance, please
email your child’s school PowerSchool contact. They should be available to assist you with any
difficulties that you may have in logging on to the portal.
